LOCAL HISTORICAL SOCIETIES
RECEIVE ANTIQUES ASSOCIATION GRANTS

Much-needed grants were awarded to the Geneva History Center and the Aurora Historical Society by the Chicago Suburban Antiques Dealers Association. CSADA traditionally awards grants to support historical and educational endeavors in Kane and surrounding counties. These grants are funded by admissions charged at their two antiques shows held at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles.

Ms. Tricia Stewart, President of the Board of Directors, Geneva History Center, and John Jaros, Director of the Aurora Historical Society accepted the grants at CSADA's last holiday gathering Tuesday, December 8 at the Oscar Swan Inn in Geneva.
